Abstract
Objective : The purpose of this research program is to focus on cognitive rehabilitation based on basic and instrumental daily life activities. I want to develop a rehabilitation application.

Methods : From September to November 2021, we developed a cognitive rehabilitation application centered on daily living activities by collecting the opinions of two occupational therapists with more than 5 years of clinical training and one occupational therapy professor. For verification, from March 14 to April 8, 2022, 4 patients with mild dementia were used for 30 minutes, 3 times a week / 12 times in total. MoCA-K and BDI-II were used before and after use to examine cognitive function and depression.

Results : The MoCA-K score was not significant before and after both the group that used the application and the group that didn't, but the average score of the group that used the application was high. In BDI-II, the used group showed a significant decrease in score (P<.05).

Conclusion : When a cognitive rehabilitation application centered on daily living activities was used in patients with mild dementia, a positive effect was found on cognitive function and it was confirmed that it had an effect on the reduction of depression. However, it is difficult to generalize due to the small number of subjects, and it is expected that it can become a basis for non-face-to-face cognitive rehabilitation through continuous development of applications that have been modified and supplemented by supplementing the problems.
